We provide you highly talented cleaning professionals who have years of housecleaning experience. We also run a background checks and are fully insured!
5. Do I need to be home?
We ask that you are present for your first service to allow for entrance into your home. For future visits, being home is not required. If you choose not be present during cleaning, we can discuss and arrange for a secure method of gaining entrance into your home.
6. Who provides the equipment?
As professionals we bring all our own equipment if you would like us to use any of your items that is fine as well. If you have any questions please contact us and ask!
7. What are the prices?
Our prices start at as little at $50 per month! Please give us a call at 800-453-4064 for a custom quote based on your needs.
8. What is included in the price?
With each service you will receive:
Clean and disinfect bathtubs, showers sinks, vanities, backspaces and toilets and mop floors.
Clean counters, tables and chairs along with appliances and cabinets. We will then clean and disinfect the sinks, countertops, and backsplashes. We will clean the outside and inside of the microwave, the range tops, and the top and outside of the refrigerator.
All Other Rooms:
Vacuum carpets, wash and dry floors, vacuum furniture and clean out any waste baskets and ashtrays. We will also dust lamps, picture frames, fans shelves, baseboards, and remove cobwebs.
9. Do you offer any other special services:
We also offer: Oven Cleaning, Refrigerator Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Wall Washing and Furniture Treatment.
10. How do payments work?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. For payment processing, we utilize Authorize.net (www.authorize.net) on our site. You can also place orders over the phone by calling 800-453-4064 and we will enter your information.
11. What is the cancellation policy?
Once an order is placed, if the service is cancelled up to 48 hours before it is scheduled, you will receive a full refund. If the service is cancelled between 48 and 24 hours before the start time of the service, a 25% cancellation fee will be assessed. If the event is cancelled within 24 hours of the service, the entire payment will be forfeited.
We understand that clients may want our service for an initial trial visit. After the first trial visit, we understand if a client does not want to proceed going forward. However, if a client chooses to continue with our service, we require a minimum of eight visits. If a client chooses to cancel service prior to eight visits, we require a cancellation fee of $300.
